A tax foreclosure sale is scheduled for Aug. 20, 2020 at 10 a.m. in the community room of the Harvey County Courthouse. The sale is open to the public. It will be conducted in person. Face masks are required in the Courthouse, and social distancing guidelines will be observed.

A tax foreclosure sale is arranged when a property owner has failed to pay tax liabilities.

The sale includes 12* properties as of Aug. 19. A map of available properties can be found hereCurrent owners of a property have until one day before the tax foreclosure sale to redeem a property.

The property sale is made to the highest bidder for cash in hand. Bidders are required to register before the start of the sale. Registration for the sale begins at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the sale.

Bidders on properties cannot have outstanding taxes due on properties they currently own.
