About 34,000 people make Harvey County their home. Along with our residents, our county benefits from a valued workforce and welcomes visitors to enhance the lively atmospheres of our downtowns, parks and local events. Harvey County stretches 540 square miles, neighbored by Butler, Marion, McPherson, Reno and Sedgwick counties.
The Harvey County government is led by a three-commissioner board. The county commission meets weekly on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. at the Harvey County Courthouse. The County is also represented by elected officials in its attorney, clerk, register of deeds, sheriff and treasurer.
