The lake at East Park is under a harmful algal bloom watch. As a precaution, swimming is not allowed. Motorized boating is not allowed due to low lake levels. Harvey County Parks is comprised of three parks - Camp Hawk, East Park and West Park - each offering unique amenities for citizens and visitors alike. The Parks Department is committed to preserving natural resources through land stewardship, education and recreational opportunities.
