Our parks buildings were created with the intent to help you host your special occasions. Our rental facilities are ideal for wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduation parties, anniversaries, business meetings and many other local events. We have several facilities available for rent throughout our parks for your convenience (additional processing fees will be applied for debit and credit card transactions):

All reservations require an additional $200 cleaning and damage deposit. If cleaning requirements are followed and the facility has not been damaged by the renter, the deposit will be returned. Rentals run from 8 a.m. to midnight each day. Partial day reservations are not available.
Our open-air shelters at East Park and West Park are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at no charge. These shelters can also be reserved. Reservations are $25 per day.
What do we ask of you when renting our facilities? First and foremost, please respect our property and grounds. We strive to keep our facilities well kept, and we need your help to do that. Additionally, we request at least 30 days notice to schedule the event whenever possible.

No one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on any Harvey County Parks property, including inside rental facilities. Anyone consuming alcohol on park grounds may be asked to show proof of age by a park ranger upon request. Failing to provide proof of age could result in expulsion from the park and the cancellation of the event. Any underage drinking will result in the offender being charged, as well as the person or people hosting the event.
