A tax foreclosure sale is scheduled to be held Feb. 16, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the community room of the Harvey County Courthouse.
The process to enter into a tax foreclosure sale begins when a property owner(s) has failed to pay their tax liabilities. The sale is open to the public, and is conducted in person.
As of Feb. 13, the sale includes four* properties. A map of available properties can be found here. The current owner(s) of the property have until one day before the tax foreclosure sale date to redeem the property.
Bidders are required to register before the start of the sale. Registration begins Feb. 16 at 9:30 a.m. The sale is made to the highest bidder for cash in hand. Bidders on properties cannot have outstanding taxes due on currently-owned properties.
