A tax foreclosure sale will be held March 13, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the community room of the Harvey County Courthouse.
A tax foreclosure process begins after a property owner fails to pay their tax liabilities.
The sale includes one property. A map of the property can be viewed here. The available property can be redeemed by the property owner up to one day before the sale.
Interested bidders must register to bid before the start of the sale. Registration will begin March 13 at 9:30 a.m. The sale is made to the highest in-person bidder for cash in hand. Bidders on the property cannot have outstanding taxes due on their currently-owned properties.
The foreclosure sale is conducted by the Harvey County sheriff. The notice of sheriff sale can be viewed here.
