The Harvey County Attorney's Office seeks fairness and safety for the people of Harvey County by enforcing the laws set forth by the State of Kansas. The Attorney's Office prosecutes felony offenses committed in Harvey County and misdemeanors that occurred in rural Harvey County.
The Harvey County attorney is an elected position. The attorney serves a four-year term. Heather Figger is the current attorney. Figger was elected to a full term that continues through 2028.
