There are specific setback and separation requirements for construction projects.
Setback and separation requirements must be met. If the requirements cannot be adhered to, a site plan must be presented to the Harvey County Planning, Zoning and Environmental director prior to construction.
A waiver and/or a variance will be necessary if setback and/or separation requirements cannot be met.
